Adam Kokesh On Tour

Ok, so it's not really a tour, but I do get around a lot. I have always intended to be politically active, but since joining Iraq Veterans Against the War, a whole new world of opportunities has opened up for me. So here it is, where I'll be and when, and what you can do to get involved. I will be updating this at least every month and keeping it full for two months out. All times are local.

080427 - 1200 - Baltimore, MD - An Art Show/Auction Featuring Iraq Veterans and Local Artists
Auction and MAIN EVENT: Sunday, April 27th, 12:00 NOON@ MICA, Brown Center, Leidy Atrium, 1301 Mount Royal Blvd, Baltimore
For one week the artwork of Iraq-veterans and local artists will be on display for auction at the Maryland Institute College of Art. The proceeds of the auction will benefit one of the most important anti-war voices in the peace movement, Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW). This event will facilitate communication through art as a means to empower Iraq veterans and members of the community to take a stand against war. Two members of the Vermont chapter of IVAW, Drew Cameron and Jon Turner, will be present to display their work and read poetry from the Warrior Writers collection. There will also be music performed by local folk artist Ryan Harvey and members of local IVAW chapters will be present to perform.
CALLING LOCAL ARTISTS! We are accepting art related to the war, whether it's personally derived or politically. We would love your work. So if you have a piece, send it our way. If you don't, make one! Get it to Baltimore by the 17th.
