Hi Adam! Thanks for posting these videos, I've seen some by Fleetwood before and his is an eloquent reminder of the importance of the activities in Washington this March. The State of the Union Address last night only served as another reminder of the errors of this administration. I can barely stand listening to Bush at all, but I forced myself to- I only yelled at the TV a few times. How can any thinking person applaud him? Anyway, thanks again, stay inspired.
Wow, I never got to be the first guy to post a comment. Just now discovered your blog, Adam, and wanted to write a note of support. Keep up the good work. I was never a soldier but was one of the Vietnam draft resisters back in (in my case) 1970 and am not ashamed to admit it. I also respect soldiers who went to that war and this one, good soldiers who were duped by the 935+ lies of BushCo. And I respect, most of all, those like yourself and all the IVAW members who are now speaking out with truth from real experience with the military and the war in Iraq. Our country needs true patriots like you guys, not the phony "patriots" who so cavalierly send others off to war. Yes, George Bush 'stands behind the troops'- several thousand miles behind!! Just like a car shop dealer with a sign which says "We STAND BEHIND our BRAKE JOBS." I wish you and all IVAW the best. You are doing this nation a great service. - gib s.
